Planning Potential secure consent for a Care Home in Barnsley

Planning Potential were appointed by The Cambian Group earlier this year following the refusal of a care home scheme in Wombwell, Barnsley on appeal. We were able to work with the Council to overcome issues surrounding design and access matters to secure officers support and a successful outcome with unanimous approval at planning committee.
